Treasury Manager (m, f, d)

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective execution and monitoring of all cash transactions (bank transfers, etc.)
  • Develop and implement efficient liquidity plans and continuous optimization of liquidity processes
  • Enforcement and ongoing monitoring of banking conditions
  • Prepare liquidity status reports for management and variance analyses
  • Maintain and expand the management relationship with our core banks
  • Prepare and optimize the annual Group liquidity planning in collaboration with Controlling
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in our Accounting department and our Group companies 
  • Create financial models to forecast cash flow and derive well-founded decisions
Your profile
  • Completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Relevant professional experience in treasury - cash management at an international company or bank
  • Organized and committed, paired with a trustworthy handling of sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team in collaboration with other departments
  • Passion for complex processes and solution-oriented thinking
  • Strong analytical and communication skills paired with an affinity for numbers
  • Enthusiastic about working independently and taking initiative

Deine Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung der effektiven Durchführung und Überwachung aller Cash Transaktionen (Banktransfers, Tranchen etc.)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von effizienten Liquiditätsplänen und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Liquiditätsprozesse
  • Implementierung und kontinuierliche Überwachung der Bankkonditionen
  • Du berichtest die Liquiditätslage an das Manage­ment und führst Abweichungsanalysen durch
  • Das Relationship-Management mit unseren Kernbanken pflegst Du und baust es weiter aus
  • Du erstellst und optimierst die jährliche Kon­zern-Liqui­ditätsplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling
  • Mit den Kollegen unserer Accounting-Abteilung und unseren Konzerngesellschaften arbeitest du eng zusammen 
  • Erstellung von Finanzmodellen zur Prognose des Cashflows und Ableitung fundierter Entscheidungen
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder gleichwertig
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Treasury - Cash Management in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder einer Bank
  • Organisiertes und engagiertes Auftreten, vertrauensvoller Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen
  • Beherrschung der MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
  • Leidenschaft für komplexe Prozesse und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten gepaart mit einer Affinität zu Zahlen
