The purpose of this position is to establish a design portfolio for our global campuses and student accommodation, enhance the existing look and feel of the campuses among all disciplines, design, graphics and wayfinding, AV, FF&E and lead our global brand facilities into a new era of education.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive design concept and strategy that aligns with our brand and project objectives
- Lead the design team in conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative and visually captivating real estate projects
- Oversee the architectural and interior design processes for Education and accommodation real estate projects
- Collaborate with external architectural firms and design consultants to ensure designs meet project goals and regulatory requirements
- Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of architects, interior designers, and design professionals, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment
- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and promote skill development among team members
- Manage the design phases of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality assurance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, construction, and marketing, to align design concepts with project objectives
- Engage with real estate developers and clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and project visions
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, gather feedback, and integrate it into project designs
- Ensure design excellence and innovation while adhering to local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and materials selections
