Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Team in Berlin on a full-time basis /40 hour a week starting as soon as possible.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:- Provide project assistance for all real estate design-related tasks and support the Head of the Real Estate Department
- Manage design aspects, including test fits, interior fit-outs, furnishings, and key concepts for all GUS brands worldwide
- Manage and coordinate projects from concept development to planning, permits, IFCs, design, construction, and final delivery
- Create 2D and 3D visualizations, along with all project-related materials
- Prepare and deliver project pitch presentations
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests, responding appropriately when needed
- Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and diaries efficiently
