Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a strategy for an efficient FP&A function to support business scale and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Leading financial planning processes, including monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and forecasting
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing confidence in decision-making
- Implementing financial models to drive strategic decisions and improve profitability
- Standardizing financial processes and KPIs to support business growth and continuous improvement
- Analyzing margins, revenue streams, and product profitability to optimize sales efficiency
- Managing Board reporting with insightful commentary on financial and non-financial measures
- Identifying and tracking risks and opportunities, collaborating across teams to mitigate and capitalize on them
- Educating the wider business on FP&A practices and promoting a culture of financial excellence
- Leading change initiatives and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration throughout the business
