Your Responsibilities
The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly data-driven and results-oriented Head of Performance Marketing to lead GGG’s performance marketing strategy and execution across all institutions, in collaboration with various global and brand-related stakeholders.
This is a critical senior leadership role with high responsibility for marketing performance, budget efficiency, team leadership, and brand impact across multiple regions including Germany, Europe, the UAE, and other international markets.
At GGG, you will play a central role in shaping the future of international higher education across a portfolio of respected brands. You will lead a small team and collaborate closely with global stakeholders and external partners to drive measurable impact across the business.
You will work in close partnership with the Group Director of Marketing to deliver on annual and monthly lead volume targets, while closely monitoring sales velocity and efficiency across the funnel—from lead generation to enrolment.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Core:
Own strategy, implementation, tracking and reporting of performance channels across 5 brands
Strategy:
Support the Group Director Marketing & Brand Heads of Marketing’s strategic plans for growth through onboarding of new channels and/ or markets
Team:
Hire, train and lead a team of Performance Marketing Managers
Wider Business:
Support the Heads of Marketing and Performance Director with data, research and strategic advice (data based where applicable)
Stakeholder Management
Be the main POC for external stakeholders (Agencies, Shared Services)
Data
Ensure data reliability and synergy across brands and drive optimisation plans through analysis of large data sets
Reporting
Create and maintain an aligned reporting strategy across brands and advise on ROI
Budget Management
Advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analysing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimisation
