Your Responsibilities
This role combines leadership, coaching, and operational oversight with hands-on sales activity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s success by fostering a high-performance culture, improving processes, and ensuring every prospective student receives outstanding support and guidance.
Your tasks
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Programme Advisors to achieve and exceed sales, conversion, and service quality targets.
- Manage and monitor team performance through regular one-to-ones, call reviews, and KPI tracking, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
- Monitor and support the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring consistent follow-up and a seamless applicant experience
- Oversee accurate and timely management of leads, applications, and communications within CRM and other systems.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality advice on programmes, career pathways, and study options, adapting to different communication styles and needs.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Admissions, Finance, and Academic teams to ensure a smooth and efficient applicant experience.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize conversion strategies, and enhance operational processes.
- Maintain a professional and positive representation of Gisma across all student interactions and external communications.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team by sharing best practices and contributing ideas to streamline workflows.
