Working Student – Designer – BSBI (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Working Student – Designer to join our Global Marketing Team at BSBI Hamburg.

In this role, you will support the design and production of materials related to student life, career services, campus facilities, and academic events. You will help bring our vibrant campus culture to life through engaging visual assets that reflect BSBI’s brand identity.

Your tasks 
  • Design digital and print materials for internal events, student activities, and academic initiatives.
  • Create on-brand banners, posters, and other promotional assets for use across physical and digital spaces.
  • Prepare printed collateral such as brochures, event signage, business cards, and other design assets.
  • Ensure consistency with BSBI’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all design work.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and campus teams to develop engaging layouts for social media and internal communications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within agreed timelines.

Your profile

Essential:
  • Currently enrolled in a design-related degree (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut (or similar tools).
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with brand standards.
  • Good communication and task management skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
 
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of motion design or short-form video editing for social media.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines.
  • Additional languages are a plus (especially German, French, or Spanish).
