Your Responsibilities
The Opportunity:
As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for leading, establishing and developing the recruitment team for GUS Germany GmbH for all subsidiaries. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and ensuring strong employer branding while delivering high-quality candidate experience.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with GUS Germany’s business and workforce planning needs
- Manage and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for all GUS Germany’s brands across different locations
- Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on role definition, selection criteria, and interview best practices
- Ensure consistent and fair hiring processes across the organization
- Manage and optimize ATS recruitment tool (Personio)
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data protection, and internal policies
- Oversee external recruitment partners and negotiate vendor contracts
