Your Responsibilities
To address the increasing level of operations at the BSBI Berlin campus, we are currently looking for a part-time Working Student to join our Team from March 2026.
Careers Service offers students and recent graduates a wide range of employability services which include training, coaching, group workshops, employer events as well as individual career guidance and advice sessions.
In this role you will:

In this role you will:
- Act as a first point of inquiry for Careers Service effectively communicating its offer and access points to BSBI students and recent graduates
- Be an ambassador of JobTeaser to encourage a greater student engagement with the platform
- Work closely with the Careers Advisors to act as first-level review point for a CV, cover letter or online networking profile
- Assist in the preparation of career-related in-person and hybrid workshops
- Help create promotional material for students, graduates, members of staff as well as for partner and other external organisations
- Support with preparation and coordination of employer events at main campus in Berlin
- Closely collaborate with Campus Management, Marketing and Student Life teams as well as with other colleagues at BSBI
- Assist Careers Service Advisors in their day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support Student Engagement and Student Life during orientation sessions and at other events
