Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented Working Student – Marketing Operations to join our Global Marketing Team at BSBI.
 
In this role, you will support the marketing team with operational and content-related tasks, helping to maintain and update digital assets across our website, CMS, and marketing channels. You will play an important role in ensuring that marketing materials and website content are accurate, up to date, and aligned with BSBI’s brand standards.
 
Role Overview
 
  • Support updates and maintenance of website content through the CMS.
  • Assist with preparing and updating email marketing templates.
  • Upload and update programme pages, news articles, and other website content.
  • Support the marketing team with routine operational and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure consistency with BSBI’s brand guidelines across marketing materials.
  • Assist with organising and maintaining marketing assets and documentation.
  • Help ensure that website content and marketing materials are accurate and up to date.
Your profile
  • Currently enrolled in a degree programme (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Basic familiarity with CMS systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
 
Desirable:

  • Previous experience working with website content or CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools or marketing automation platforms.
  • Interest in digital marketing and content management.
  • Additional languages are a plus (especially German, French, or Spanish)
