Your Responsibilities

The opportunity: The Automation Specialist will design, develop, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions and support intranet and university systems. The role focuses on automating business processes using Microsoft Power Automate, enhancing intranet platforms, and ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions across the organization.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

Design efficient and scalable RPA solutions to automate identified business processes using RPA tools using MS Power Automate
Intranet deployments and enhancements
Create process flow diagrams, solution architecture, and detailed technical documentation.

Development and Implementation:

Develop and configure RPA bots to automate tasks such as data extraction, processing, and reporting.• Connect Intranet sites with other sources of data to display required information
Ensure that automation solutions are robust, maintainable, and scalable.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the RPA solution meets the specified requirements.
Identify and resolve any defects or issues encountered during testing.

Deployment and Maintenance:

Deploy RPA solutions into production environments and monitor their performance.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA bots, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Maintain university systems using CMS backends to update their information or provide extended functionality

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate (RPA)
Experience with intranet systems, CMS backends, and data integrations
Knowledge of testing, deployment, and support of automation solutions
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
