The Marketing Officer – Germany will be based in Berlin and support marketing activities across BSBI’s Berlin and Hamburg campuses. The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing – Germany.
This is an entry-level role for a creative, highly organized, and detail-oriented marketing professional who can combine strong execution skills with local market understanding and an international outlook.
You will work closely with marketing teams in Germany, the UK, India, and other global locations to support integrated campaigns. You will also be hands-on with content creation, performance marketing tasks, campus events, student engagement, supplier coordination, and day-to-day operational support.

Your Tasks
Support marketing activities across the Berlin and Hamburg campuses, ensuring alignment with BSBI’s wider campaign strategy.
Adapt global campaigns for audiences interested in studying in Germany.
Produce engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, video, and other marketing channels.
Support performance marketing tasks, including ad creation, campaign briefing, landing page coordination, and basic performance tracking.
Support video production workflows, including time coding, content coordination, and working with internal or external editors.
Coordinate with external providers for printed materials, events, merchandise, photography, videography, and other marketing needs.
Support Germany-related marketing finance processes, including raising and tracking purchase orders, managing invoices, and submitting payment requests.
Maintain a content asset library for global and local marketing use.
Represent marketing on the ground at open days, recruitment fairs, student activities, filming sessions, and campus events.
Work with recruitment and admissions teams to ensure marketing activities support qualified lead generation and enrollment goals.
Coordinate the production, translation, localization, approval, and distribution of marketing materials.
Support campaign rollouts across digital, print, events, student engagement, and partner-facing channels.
Maintain BSBI brand guidelines across all Germany-related materials.
Collaborate with design, PR, SEO, social media, admissions, recruitment, academics, and student services teams to integrate Berlin and Hamburg campus activities into wider campaigns.
Monitor basic analytics for social media, email, events, and campaign activity, and share performance updates with marketing leadership and central teams.
Suggest creative approaches to content, events, and digital engagement based on audience feedback, student behavior, and market trends.
Stay informed about competitor activity, higher education developments, and relevant market trends in Germany.
