The purpose of this position is to contribute to the academic excellence and strategic development of Gisma University of Applied Sciences through high-quality teaching, impactful research, and active participation within the academic community. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and delivering innovative programmes in HR Analytics, Strategic Talent Management, and Work Innovation, with a focus on integrating data-driven workforce planning, digital employee experience platforms, and organizational network analysis into the curriculum. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with an international student body, collaborate with industry and research partners, and influence the evolution of human resources education in a highly quantitative, technological environment.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Module responsibility and teaching of Gisma’s Bachelor and Master programmes, particularly in the fields of People Analytics, Strategic Human Resource Management, HR Technology & Innovation, Workplace Transformation, and data-driven workforce planning, as well as examination, assessments, and student supervision.
- Active participation in programme development, quality assurance, and the integration of relevant applied tools and methodologies into the curriculum.
- Design and continuous update of contemporary teaching and learning materials aligned with advancements in the sector.
- Initiate, expand, and maintain cooperation with partners in industry and research organisations, particularly in HR tech startups, modern corporate people operations teams, organizational design consultancies, and workforce analytics provider spaces.
- Participation in national and international accreditation procedures, as required.
- Active engagement in academic administration and committee work.
- Further development of a personal and institutional research profile in People Analytics Impact, Strategic HR Innovation, Digital Transformation of Work, or Organizational Network Analysis, publication of results in high-quality journals, and engagement in public dissemination.
- Support outreach activities, including student recruitment events and promotion of related business study pathways.
