Position Overview:
The Marketing Officer – France will be based in Paris and will report directly to the Head of Marketing – Spain & France.
This is an entry-level marketing executive role for a creative, organised, and ambitious professional who can combine local market insight with a global outlook. Your knowledge of France’s culture, language, and trends will help shape how we position our programmes for international audiences — including France Domestic, Europe, and Rest of the World.
You will work closely with central marketing teams in France, Spain, the UK, India, and Germany, who will support in delivering large-scale campaigns. You’ll still be hands-on with many tasks — particularly content creation, local events, and student engagement — but you’ll always have international colleagues and specialist teams to collaborate with.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about educationand the opportunities it creates.
- Ideally aninternational student or graduate, with first-hand experience of global study.
- Anative French speakerwith fluent English.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and confident producing content and working with suppliers.
- Keen to travel for events, filming, and campaign activities.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
1. French Market Insight & Content Creation
- Use yourlocal market knowledgeto help adapt global campaigns for international audiences.
- Produce engaging French-language and English-language content forsocial media, blogs, email campaigns, and video.
- Capture testimonials, campus life photos, and event footage; coordinate with external providers where needed.
- Build and maintain acontent asset library(photos, videos, testimonials, graphics) for global use.
- Act as the on-the-ground marketing presence atopen days, recruitment fairs, and campus events.
- Contribute to campaigns targetingFrance Domestic, Europe, and Rest of the Worldrecruitment markets.
- Support the recruitment team by ensuring marketing activities drivequalified leadsand align with enrolment goals.
- Track campaign performance and share feedback with central teams foroptimisation.
- Work with the Head of Marketing – Spain & France and central teams in the UK, India, and Germany to deliverintegrated marketing campaigns.
- Provide local insights and feedback to help ensure campaigns resonate internationally.
- Coordinate the production, translation, and distribution of marketing materials.
- MaintainBSBI brand guidelinesin all French-language and English-language materials.
- Collaborate with design, PR, SEO, and social media teams to integrate Paris campus activities into wider campaigns.
- Partner with academics to help positionprogrammeseffectively for multiple global markets.
- Monitor analytics for social media, email, and campaign activity; prepare regular performance updates.
- Suggest creative approaches to content, events, and digital engagement based on audience feedback and trends.
- Stay informed oncompetitor activitiesand relevant market developments.
